If you have a website or you use social media for your business you need a Call to Action!
A call to action (CTA) is a way to direct your audience to do something, like “Click Here” or “Call to Schedule an Appointment”. It might sound bossy or pushy that you are telling your audience what to do, but if they are left to decide what to do on their own they more than likely won’t do the action that you want.

Facebook has one call to action for a business page. Whereas Yelp has a few: “write a review” or “request a quote”. On most social media pages you can customize a CTA to whatever you want it to be.
Not only can you have CTAs on your business pages and social media, but you also have different types of CTAs! Here is a great article from Social Media expert Jennifer Stinnett. She speaks about knowing which type of CTA to use and when to use it. I recommend that all you business owners take a few minutes to learn from her article.
So, the moral of the story is:
Make sure you have a Call To Action on your website, social media, or any other marketing campaign. It can make a difference in your conversion rate and get you more business!
